Big News! Really Big News!

We've come a long way, baby! To celebrate our nearly complete two year reconstruction project, we’re having an “Extreme Makeover Celebration” here at the dealership, August 7^th at 6pm!  It will be catered by the fabulous Uncle Wally’s Southern Cross BBQ and Jay Lawhon of JBL Productions will be there making sure the mood is set with great music and fun! 

Following on the heels of this grand ‘ole time, Friday morning, August 8^th, we will be having our Gresham Area Chamber of Commerce and Visitor’s Center Makeover Ribbon Cutting at the dealership at 9am.  We would love everyone to come and celebrate with us!

And here’s the REALLY big news:

On April 12, 2014, Mt Hood Mustangs and Fords car club organized a parade to celebrate the 50^th Anniversary of the Ford Mustang with the goal of breaking the Guinness World records for the most Mustangs and Fords in a parade.  On July 16, 2014, Guinness notified them that the parade results had been accepted.  There were two records broken that day!  The most Fords in a parade numbered 829 and the Most Ford Mustangs in a parade numbered 766. There were strict rules and criteria that had to be met by the Guinness committee, so every participant didn’t actually qualify to be counted in the official number.  That being said, there was well over 900 that were present and participated to some degree.  Truly a once in a lifetime experience.
